nextAIR is a digital-only service: online practice, predicted mock tests, analytics and digital study material. Access is delivered electronically to your registered account and email address immediately on payment confirmation. We do not ship physical goods, and returns/exchanges do not apply — see the Shipping and Delivery Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
