Which NEET topics are repeated most?
By repeat rate across the 8 most recent sittings, with a floor of five appearances so a lucky pair cannot outrank a habit — Physics: Electromagnetic Waves (Electromagnetic Waves, 87.5% of recent sittings, asked 21×); Digital Electronics and Logic Gates (Semiconductor Electronics, 75% of recent sittings, asked 24×); Experimental Study of Photoelectric Effect (Dual Nature of Radiation & Matter, 75% of recent sittings, asked 24×). Chemistry: General Properties of the Transition Elements (d- & f-Block Elements, 87.5% of recent sittings, asked 21×); The Lanthanoids (d- & f-Block Elements, 87.5% of recent sittings, asked 18×); Chemical properties of carbonyl Compounds (Aldehydes, Ketones & Carboxylic Acids, 75% of recent sittings, asked 33×). Biology: Classification of Animals (Animal Kingdom, 100% of recent sittings, asked 78×); Eukaryotic Cells (Cell — The Unit of Life, 100% of recent sittings, asked 75×); Tools of Recombinant DNA Technology (Biotechnology — Principles & Processes, 100% of recent sittings, asked 70×). How is 'most repeated' measured?
Each tagged question carries a topic. For every topic the pack records how many times it was asked (2013–2026), its per-paper rate in the recent window against the historical one, and the share of recent sittings in which it appeared at least once — the repeat rate shown here. Chapters removed by the 2025 NMC syllabus are excluded, because a topic that repeated for a decade and cannot be asked again is a trap, not a tip.
What to do with the list
Do not memorise it. Open the chapter, practice until the repeated topics stop costing marks, then move to the next chapter down the yield table. nextAIR's practice serves these topics first inside every chapter and re-serves the ones you miss.
What you get
- Repeat rate = share of recent sittings in which the topic was asked, from the pack — not a guess
- Per subject, each topic links to its chapter page and to free practice
- Dropped-syllabus topics are excluded even where they used to repeat

Frequently asked
- Which chapter has the most repeated questions in NEET?
- By lifetime count in the pack, the highest-yield chapters are on each subject page ranked by how often NEET asked them; the topic-level repeat rates on this page sit inside those chapters.
- Do repeated NEET questions come exactly as before?
- Almost never word for word. The topic and the reasoning repeat; the numbers, the diagram or the option set change. Practice the topic, not the answer.
