This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use our Website and Platform, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile and avatar settings.
- Usage data: practice sessions, test attempts, scores, mistakes, chapter/topic progress, device/browser type, IP address, timestamps.
- Payment data: transaction IDs and payment status (processed by payment partners; we do not store full card/UPI details).
- Communications: support emails, feedback, tutor hint ratings.
- Optional: coaching-class or tenant affiliation if you join via an invite link.
2. How we use data
- Provide and improve Services (adaptive coach, analytics, predicted mocks).
- Authenticate users and sync progress across devices.
- Process payments and send receipts.
- Send service emails (verification, password reset, important notices).
- Ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (DPDP Act)
We process personal data based on your consent, contractual necessity (to deliver Services you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and legal compliance.

5. Coaching / B2B partners
If you access nextAIR through a coaching partner’s subdomain, your tenant admin may see aggregated analytics (accuracy bands, topic gaps, practice volume) — not raw mistake-diary content or welfare flags.
6. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and backup cycles.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
