This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to every purchase made on https://www.nextair.live, the Platform operated by EDUCRAFTERS (“Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship of Tushar Devarajbhai Padariya (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-18-0061354).

We do not ship physical goods

nextAIR sells digital subscriptions and digital study material only — online practice, predicted mock tests, analytics, adaptive coaching and downloadable/viewable study notes. There is no physical product at any point in the transaction. Accordingly:

  • No order is dispatched through a courier company, speed post or any other logistics partner.
  • No delivery address is required, collected or used, and there is no doorstep delivery or doorstep rejection.
  • No shipping, delivery, packaging or handling charge is levied at any time. The price shown at checkout plus applicable taxes is the total amount payable.

How your purchase is delivered

Delivery is electronic and immediate. On successful confirmation of payment by the payment gateway:

  1. Your paid plan is activated on the account registered on the Platform, normally instantly and in any case within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration, along with your order/transaction reference.
  3. You access the Services by signing in at https://www.nextair.live with that registered account, from any device with an internet connection.

Access continues for the duration of the plan you purchased (monthly or seasonal), as described in our Terms and Conditions.

If your access is not activated

If payment has been debited but your paid access has not been activated within 24 hours, write to nextair.neet@gmail.com or call +91 8898055292 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 IST) with your registered email address and transaction/payment ID. We will restore access, or refund you under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Returns

Because nothing physical is delivered, returns and exchanges are not applicable. Cancellations and monetary refunds for eligible cases are governed solely by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
