NEET 2027 exam date
Not announced. NTA has not published the NEET (UG) 2027 date. Every paper since 2024 has fallen on the first Sunday of May; in 2027 that is Sunday, 2 May 2027. Treat it as the planning date, not the fact — the fact arrives with NTA's information bulletin.
Days to the expected date
195days to Sunday, 2 May 2027 (expected)
First Sunday of May, as in 2024, 2025 and 2026. This page changes the day NTA publishes the notification.

What the notification will settle
- The exam day itself, and the shifts. The mode is settled — computer-based, announced 15 May 2026, with NTA asking AICTE on 4 September 2026 to identify government-college testing centres — but the shift timings and cities are not; what is announced and what is not.
- The application window. In recent years the form opened in February and closed in March; the registration timeline, dated.
- The syllabus reference — the notified NEET (UG) syllabus, which is what nextAIR's practice and tests are built on; where the official PDF is.
- Nothing else. A two-stage exam, an attempt cap and twice-a-year are proposals, not rules; confirmed, proposed and rumour, sorted. Until then the days above are for the month-by-month plan.
