NEET important questions — chosen by 14 years of chapter weightage
NEET important questions the honest way: the chapters and concepts NEET actually asks (2013–2026 papers), served first in free chapter-wise practice.
Which chapters are most important for NEET?
The ones the paper keeps returning to. Across the 2013–2025 papers a handful of chapters — Human Physiology and Reproduction in Biology, Current Electricity and Electrostatics in Physics, Equilibrium and Organic Chemistry basics — account for a disproportionate share of questions, and the subject pages here rank every chapter by that count. Recent years are weighted more heavily in the practice engine, because the rationalised syllabus shifted the mix.
How does nextAIR pick important questions?
A question is served earlier when its chapter's topic yield is high, when its concept has been asked recently, and when you have not yet shown you can do it. It is served again, in a different form, when you get it wrong. That is the whole of the method — no 'expected questions' guessed from a paper someone claims to have seen.
Important questions by subject
Physics: Current Electricity, Electrostatics, Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics. Chemistry: Equilibrium, Chemical Bonding, Coordination Compounds, the organic name-reaction chapters. Biology: Human Physiology, Reproduction, Genetics and Evolution, Ecology. Open any subject page for the full ranked list with counts.
What you get

Frequently asked
- Are NEET important questions the same as previous year questions?
- Related but not identical. PYQs tell you which concepts recur; important questions are fresh questions on those recurring concepts, which is what you will actually face.
- Which subject has the most weightage in NEET?
- Biology — 90 of 180 questions (Botany 45, Zoology 45), against 45 each for Physics and Chemistry.
- Can I get chapter-wise important questions for free?
- Yes — every chapter page links to free practice restricted to that chapter.
