4 September 2026. No NTA bulletin for NEET (UG) 2027 yet. The expected pieces still missing: shift timings, the number of test cities, the normalisation formula, the registration window. Changes for you: nothing this week. Practise on a screen; the mode is settled, the mechanics are not.
15 May 2026. The Union Education Minister announced that NEET (UG) will be a computer-based test from 2027, in roughly 20 shifts with score normalisation across shifts, citing the OMR-based paper as the root cause of the 2026 leak. The 2026 re-examination stayed offline. Changes for you: your first mock should be on a screen with the NTA palette; normalisation means your shift's difficulty is adjusted before ranking, so a "hard shift" is not the disaster it was on paper.
2026 result. The general-category qualifying cut-off was 213 marks out of 720. On the 2026 curve, about 446 marks placed a student around AIR 1.7 lakh and about 590 around AIR 13,000. Changes for you: pick a tier on those numbers and work back; the practice tab's target card does exactly this.
2024, kept for 2025 and 2026. The rationalised syllabus.
